Job Summary As a Business Office Trainer, you will support the company's mission by leading and creating a positive environment for the business office team. Working under the guidance of the Business Office Manager, you will act as a technical expert and train the insurance verification team.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with the insurance verifications role in the business office.

Work closely with management to develop a structured training and orientation program by writing curriculum and creating course materials.

Conduct training and train‑the‑trainer sessions with employees to ensure material is relevant and implemented effectively.

Assist in creating new policies and procedures and updating existing ones as necessary.

Communicate process updates, schedule adjustments, and other feedback to the business office team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

One to three years’ experience working in a physician’s office, clinic, or hospital setting strongly preferred.

Understanding of patient flow and ambulatory surgery center operations strongly preferred.
