— We are seeking a Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join our service team in the Seattle, WA area. This is a field position with a probable territory near you, as we service Seattle and surrounding areas. Paid training is included! Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.). Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction. Developing options to solve unusual problems. Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations. Qualifications
Mechanical and electrical mindset. Experience or training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus. Strong computer knowledge is a plus. Benefits
