Job Summary The Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a beverage service, managing staff, ensuring service quality, and assisting in controlling costs. The role includes creating and implementing beverage menus and promotions, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints to maintain high standards of service and safety. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
Trains stand attendants and creates weekly work schedules.
Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
One to two years of bar experience or leadership experience (please provide a resume).
Excellent communication skills.
Computer and POS proficiency.
Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure.
Must pass a background check.
