$21.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus shift differential for overnight hours. Hours:
Tue, Wed & Thurs 7 am – 3:30 pm; Fri & Sat 10 pm – 6:30 am. The Clare is recruiting a hospitality‑focused Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
Service HVAC units/systems, including operating weekly tests for emergency generator as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures. Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Qualifications
Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc. HVAC Certificate Ability to read, write and speak the English language High School Diploma or General Education Degree Benefits
