Role Overview We’re looking for a versatile and detail‑oriented Digital Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This hybrid role combines digital asset production with video editing and motion design, supporting a wide range of marketing campaigns across web, email, social and paid media. You’ll work with established brand guidelines to deliver both static and motion‑based content that is high‑quality, on‑brand and optimized for platform performance.
Responsibilities
Execute and produce digital assets for emails, banners, social content, display ads and website updates.
Resize, reformat and version creative across multiple platforms and devices.
Prepare and export optimized digital files for web, email and mobile.
Maintain accuracy in file setup, naming conventions and delivery process.
Work from templates or creative direction to extend campaign toolkits.
QA and troubleshoot digital assets to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
Edit short‑form video content for social, email and paid channels (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.).
Add motion graphics, typography, transitions and branded animations.
Version video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios.
Source and edit music and basic sound design when needed.
Collaborate with marketing and social teams to ensure storytelling and pacing align with platform needs.
Maintain a high standard of brand consistency and video quality across all channels.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design and video production roles.
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience editing short‑form digital content for social media and digital ads.
Strong sense of timing, composition, typography and visual rhythm.
Familiarity with optimizing assets and videos for platform‑specific specs.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow brand and technical guidelines.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS a plus (for collaboration, not coding).
Nice to Have
Experience with eCommerce, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with TikTok‑style editing and trends.
Working knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
Experience creating simple animated GIFs or lightweight motion for email.
Interest in testing and performance‑driven creative optimization.
Basic understanding of AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT Pro).
Hybrid role: 4 days in our Secaucus, NJ office.
Pay Rate:
$78,000/yr – $95,000/yr. Salaries vary by experience, skills and internal alignment.
