Lead design, development and implementation of scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring code quality, security and performance. Collaborate with front‑end developers, designers and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences, emphasizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Ensure cross‑browser compatibility (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and address performance issues. Design, implement and maintain robust database schemas in MySQL or equivalent, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity and security. Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment, monitoring and ongoing enhancements. Use Git for source‑code management, enabling smooth collaboration and continuous integration. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, maintaining system reliability and client satisfaction. Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment and continuous learning. Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic goals. Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development. Strong knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and cross‑browser compatibility. Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases. Proficiency with Git and agile development practices. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Location & Compensation
