About the Clinic Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led, accountable multispecialty group practice with 650+ providers, seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full‑time at its Kuna clinic. The clinic is co‑located with Urgent Care, has on‑site X‑ray, and uses Epic® EMR. Experience with EMR is highly encouraged.

Support Services 24/7 CRNA anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; Emergency Department; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic onsite; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach; larger system resources.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho

Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho, Board of Pharmacy and DEA

Strong medical background and desire to support an established practice in a growing multispecialty medical group
