We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our Business Reorganization Team. The ideal candidate will be a first-chair level partner with a portable book of business and a proven track record handling complex Chapter 11 cases. Serve as lead counsel in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries. Manage all aspects of case strategy, filings, negotiations, and court proceedings. Provide counsel on business reorganizations, insolvency issues, and restructuring strategies. Handle bankruptcy-related litigation, including motions, adversary proceedings, and plan confirmations. Collaborate with team members across practice areas to ensure comprehensive client support. Maintain and grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Membership in The Florida Bar or a strong commitment to obtaining admission. Significant experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries. Bankruptcy litigation experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.
