Description
Statewide travel required, including to our central office in Pasadena, CA, for meetings.
Per diem.
Salary: $45–$80 DOE per hour.
School setting: K‑12.
Position is hybrid, with both on‑site and remote duties.
Sign‑on bonuses available for select positions.
About The Role We are seeking a dedicated SPED Specialist / Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide evaluations, therapy, and IEP management for K‑12 students with speech and language disorders. You’ll work directly with students, parents, and faculty to support progress, while also providing program support on proprietary company platforms such as VillageED and iTAAP.

What You’ll Do
Manage a student caseload across school sites in your assigned region.
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
Communicate progress to parents and collaborate with school staff.
Travel to school sites across California and occasionally to our Pasadena, CA, for corporate meetings.
Provide client support on VillageED and iTAAP platforms.
What You Bring
Valid SLP License / CTC Credential or eligibility for a state waiver or valid CA license/RPE from the Speech‑Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
