Commercial Construction Project Manager – Hybrid (Seattle, WA Area)
Work Location: Must reside in the West Washington (Seattle) area
Schedule: Hours 7AM–4PM or 8AM–4:30PM
Pay: $50–$54/hr
Duration: 1‑year assignment with high possibility for extension
Position Overview As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects initiated by the Sales team, beginning with receipt of purchase orders in Salesforce. You will confirm all product requirements, manage procurement, and orchestrate installation. This role demands strong collaboration across internal teams to align task completion, while simultaneously acting as the primary client‑facing representative throughout the project duration.
Responsibilities
Receive and process purchase orders from Sales in Salesforce.
Project manage from product confirmation through procurement, installation, and final client handoff.
Coordinate and align efforts of internal teams to ensure project milestone achievement.
Serve as client‑facing representative for the full duration of the project.
Required Skills
Full‑scope project management experience.
Professional background in power generation and/or automotive heavy‑duty industrial (e.g., generators, diesel engines, heavy‑duty mechanical equipment).
Technical expertise: Able to conduct technical discussions with clients, provide technical documents, and answer basic technical questions.
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Customer service mindset to effectively represent company to clients.
Ability to take initiative and move projects forward autonomously.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
