About This Role As a Verification & Monitoring Research Engineer at Amigo, you'll build the systems that ensure our platform maintains reliable performance in production environments. You'll design verification infrastructure for both deterministic and human‑biased scenarios, implement drift detection systems, and create monitoring frameworks that track real‑world vs simulated performance. Your work is critical to maintaining the statistical confidence that organizations depend on.

What You’ll Do

Build verification systems that validate system behavior for both mathematical and human bias scenarios

Implement drift detection systems that identify when real‑world performance diverges from simulation

Create monitoring infrastructure that tracks system performance across diverse contexts

Build bias detection and fairness monitoring systems for healthcare applications

Implement audit trails and tracing systems that provide explainable system decisions

Design automated testing pipelines that continuously verify system capabilities

What We’re Looking For

Experience building verification or monitoring systems

Experience with statistical monitoring and anomaly detection systems

Knowledge of statistical testing and experimental design

Understanding of bias detection and fairness in automated systems

Track record of building reliable, production‑ready systems

Nice to Have

Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Experience with formal verification methods

Background in safety‑critical systems development

Knowledge of healthcare compliance and audit requirements
