Position:
Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing
Location:
NE Grand Rapids (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Compensation:
$80–90K base + 10% bonus
Our client is a privately held, profitable manufacturing company and they are seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to support capital projects, fixed assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financials related to capital expenditures, tooling/die, and engineering projects.
Manage fixed asset processes including tagging, depreciation, and system updates.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (engineering, maintenance, purchasing) to support project execution and financial tracking.
Assist with cash forecasting and journal entries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong Excel skills and ability to support teams with financial analysis.
Growth‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
