is currently seeking a qualified

Precast, Prestressed, Post Tension Production Plant Superintendent

to work in our

Apopka, FL

headquarters and production facility.

Position Summary Our Production Plant Lead is responsible for overseeing daily precast production operations, leading crews in the setup, pouring, and finishing the precast product. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement through Lean practices and team development.

Experience Required

5+ years of experience leading all aspects of a concrete production facility (precast, prestress, post tension).

Essential Functions / Qualifications

English as second language preferred.

Proven commitment to enforcing and promoting a strong safety culture; ensuring compliance with all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards.

Proficient with computers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam.

Experience reading and interpreting shop drawings.

Proven experience leading multiple crews.

Ability to perform post-tensioning operations and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Hands‑on experience setting up and pouring precast concrete forms.

Concrete finishing experience.

Strong understanding of production workflows and sequencing.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Effective communicator and problem‑solver.

Ability to train and mentor team members.

Willingness to work overtime or weekends if necessary.

Familiar with and committed to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Physical Requirements This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
