Job Description
Screen and respond to inquiries from regional Sales Managers and customers regarding prime equipment sales.
Provide standard pricebook product information to Sales Managers and customers – aka providing quotas to customers
Serve as the primary liaison to Sales Managers by:
Providing updated order availability.
Sharing delivery information
Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
Data updating – making sure customers are in the CRM and date is accurate
Helping to create sales campaigns to drive services and sales
Answer incoming phone calls as needed

Skills and Requirements
2 years sales support experience
Familiarity with a CRM system
Basic Microsoft suites knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2 years in sales support role
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized individua
Sales experience from compressed air, rotating equipment, automotive, or heavy duty industrial equipment/machine industry
