Regional Sales Manager – Pickup Truck Aftermarket (USA)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Position Overview We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts in the U.S. pickup truck aftermarket. This role focuses on expanding ICECO’s footprint through dealer acquisition, distributor partnerships, and regional sales initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with the pickup truck market and has a strong track record in automotive aftermarket sales, particularly within the accessory, parts, or refrigeration categories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ICECO’s dealer and distributor network in the pickup truck aftermarket
Identify, onboard, and manage regional partners including dealerships, retailers, installer shops, upfitters, and distribution platforms
Collaborate with wholesale distributors to increase product penetration
Represent ICECO at trade shows and industry events relevant to the pickup truck and
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to inform business development and product roadmap
Coordinate with internal teams on channel programs, co-op promotions, and regional
Maintain and report sales performance using CRM tools and internal tracking systems
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the automotive aftermarket, preferably with a focus on pickup trucks, accessories, or refrigeration systems
Proven track record of building and managing a dealer or distribution network
Existing relationships with automotive retailers, upfitters, or installers a strong plus
Deep understanding of the pickup truck customer profile and market dynamics across different U.S. regions
Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
Ability to travel 30–50% of the time for customer visits and trade events
Familiarity with MAP pricing, channel conflict management, and dealer margin structures
