An experienced SLP, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens—at home, school, work, or in the community.
Ready to treat patients beyond staged environments into real‑life experiences such as cooking, grocery shopping, restaurant outings, outdoor activities, and the workplace.
Thrives in an autonomous setting and values collaboration within a dynamic therapy team.

Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings, and participate in family conferences.
Perform discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, and provide referral resources.
Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, family, and service recipients.
Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
Valid SL Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
Minimum of one year’s work experience as an SL Pathologist.
Preferred knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
Effective, professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely transport patients up to 100 pounds.
Strong fine‑motor skills, visual acuity, and endurance for walking/standing during extended periods.
Willingness to undergo a health screen or examination as required.

Salary Range:
USD $50.00 – $60.00 / Hour
