The role

Graduate Recruitment Consultant , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional candidates with leading companies across the STEM industries. Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients within STEM sectors
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
Developing specialist market knowledge and professional expertise
Working to achieve individual and team performance targets
Representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
