Job Overview Fraser is looking for Mental Health Practitioners to provide clinical services to children with mental health diagnoses within our early childhood day treatment program. The Mental Health Practitioner is responsible for day treatment skills training for preschool-aged children and documentation.

Responsibilities Provide clinical services and day treatment skills training to preschool-aged children diagnosed with mental health conditions. Document behavior and progress accurately in accordance with program standards.

Requirements

Must be qualified in at least one of the following ways:

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences

Bachelor's and 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours

Work experience only: 4,000 hours of supervised clinical hours

Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record

Experience with preschool-aged children with special needs highly preferred, not required

Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences

Ability to accurately observe and document the behavior of children

Effective communication in the English language

Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule and Pay Location: Minneapolis, MN

Full Time: Monday- Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm

Part Time: Monday- Friday between 1:00pm-5:00pm

Pay: Starting at $24.52-26.00/hour, depending on qualifications
