Senior Electrical Project Manager – Hospital Renovations
Location:
Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (projects throughout DFW)
Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead hospital renovation, upgrade, and addition projects across the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial healthcare construction who can manage complex electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of electrical construction projects for hospital and healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
Oversee project teams, including project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, specifications, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in electrical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience managing hospital renovation or healthcare-related projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction sequencing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
