Job Description Summary This role is a hybrid between an AI engineer, data scientist, and software developer, designed for someone who can operate across the full lifecycle of AI system development. You’ll play a key role in defining, developing, and evolving software in an agile environment. You’ll work across the stack, from crafting intuitive front‑end interfaces to building robust back‑end services, all while collaborating with a team of talented engineers. You will also have the opportunity to research and apply AI‑driven solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience, making a direct impact on the future of flight.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems
Develop and integrate AI models into production‑grade applications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI‑driven solutions
Implement orchestration logic for multi‑agent systems and task automation
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives
Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production
Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors with advanced experience and a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML engineering experience.
OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years in AI/ML engineering experience.

Provide a valid LinkedIn profile.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with AI/ML background.
Experience with AWS tools to design and build AI‑driven systems, including prompt engineering and risk management.
Build prototype‑level data pipelines for training, evaluation, and review.
Strong software development skills: Python, JupyterHub, GitHub, Visual Studio, etc.
Exposure to designing and building agentic workflows or multi‑agent systems.
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and solution architecture.
Ability to navigate ambiguous/complex challenges.
Experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve real‑world problems.
Ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide technical support.
