Application Developer – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) Join

and help build productivity applications for key business projects. This hybrid role blends development work with collaboration across business stakeholders and the Application Development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions

Customize forms, tables, cloud flows, and business processes within D365

Participate in peer‑reviews of solution designs and related code

Package and support deployment of releases

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems

Adhere to high‑quality development principles while delivering solutions on‑time and within scope

Able to focus on multiple projects concurrently

Adhere to change management policies

Actively participate in Agile meetings/ceremonies (e.g., daily stand‑up, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning)

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

Adept at crafting PowerApps and Power Platform solutions

Strong experience with JavaScript customizations on Dynamics 365 forms (e.g., form logic, ribbon commands, onChange/onSave events)

Creating and maintaining Power Automate flows, including moderate to complex logic flows

Ability to test and validate customizations such as forms, views, tables, fields in D365

Deep understanding of Customer Service and Sales business processes and their implementation in Dynamics 365

Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business rules, and form design best practices

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details

2–3 years of applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: PL‑900 or similar certification

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions

Experience building model‑driven and canvas apps using Power Apps

Education & Experience Required

College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Strong communication skills including the ability to translate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and to understand user needs

Solid understanding of how to create scalable and maintainable applications

Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and practical business outcomes
