As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving through established protocols.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution and its surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized persons.
Collaborate with on‑site staff and local law enforcement to address security concerns.
Document incidents, activities, and observations in detailed reports for management review.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and training standards regarding carrying and use of firearms while on duty.
What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts.
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company.
Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo background investigation in accordance with laws.
Allowed to consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with law.
Undergo drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
Meet licensing requirements as required by state/law; may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
