Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking talented Co‑Op candidates for its IT RGS Delivery Excellence team located in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on collecting, evaluating, and implementing IT‑ and data‑centric improvement ideas for USAH Commercial Operations, delivering innovative solutions in Data Science, Software Engineering, APIs, IoT, and other state‑of‑the‑art technologies.
Requirements
Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional student in good academic standing.
Completed 12 credit hours within a related major or related coursework.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 on a 4.0 scale.
Major related to the field of internship.
Eligibility Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
Willingness to take a drug test and post‑offer physical (if required).
Age 18 or older.
Desired Skills, Experience & Abilities
Experience with cloud‑based systems preferred.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Data Science preferred.
Self‑driven, independent, and curious with good communication skills.
Ability to relate technology‑related information to non‑technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize and collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to collect ideas for application/process improvements.
Propose IT‑centered enhancements, technology use‑cases, or solutions.
Work with local IT team to develop a pilot project implementing a state‑of‑the‑art technology, framework, tool, or technique.
Execute the pilot project using Agile methodologies and framework.
Document solution design and transfer knowledge and lessons learned to local IT team.
Support business partners with technology‑related needs.
Additional Information
Expect to be on‑site at least 3 days per week; same‑area residency required.
Potential start dates: January 5, 20, or February 2, 2026.
Co‑op duration: at least 4 months after start date, may extend up to 6 months depending on business needs.
