Location: Minneapolis, Wisconsin (Northern Lakes region).
Base pay range: $67,200 – $100,800 annually. Variable compensation target: $90,000.

Responsibilities
Provide deep technical knowledge in the assigned portfolio and advise both sales organization and customers on capabilities and options for integrating Siemens products.
Develop, build, and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders within customers.
Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
Lead territory team reviews and update account plans based on market and customer conditions.
Remain current with Interventional imaging trends and market landscape.
Train and guide internal colleagues on current Angio trends and key talking points.
Use Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration, communication, and drive growth.
Initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitate those activities.
Achieve business objectives for assigned territory, e.g., penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings.
Required Skills
BS/BA in a related discipline and 5+ years of experience in Angiography sales, marketing or clinical role.
Success in building and sustaining effective customer relationships.
Senior professional-level expertise with extensive functional, commercial, and technical knowledge in Angio.
Deep professional know‑how and experience in Angio to effectively transfer to various contexts.
Solid professional judgment and problem‑solving competence; ability to improve processes and approaches.
Approximately 50% travel within territory.
Must have a clean driving record.
Preferred
Angiography sales or medical capital equipment experience.
Sales experience in a hospital environment.
Experience carrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.
Professional sales training (SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Miller‑Heiman, etc.).
