The Scheduler coordinates caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive timely, consistent care and supports smooth operations, caregiver satisfaction, and client continuity of care. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred to support our diverse caregiver and client community. Responsibilities

Create and maintain caregiver schedules that meet client needs while optimizing caregiver availability. Manage last-minute changes and fill open shifts quickly and professionally. Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding schedule updates, confirmations, and changes. Track caregiver hours, overtime, and availability to ensure compliance with agency policies. Collaborate with the HR and operations team to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring efforts. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and caregivers. Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience:

Prior scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare office experience preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Dependable, responsive, and able to handle urgent scheduling needs with professionalism. Other Requirements

Live near North San Diego or the surrounding area. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Spanish bilingual strongly preferred. Compensation

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Company Values
