What You' Be Doing

Is responsible for maintaining knowledge of best practices and using that knowledge to design and refine programming, ensuring the operational and clinical integrity of the Agency’s approach to treating youth and families;

Ensures integration, collaboration, and consistency in operations between varied youth and family service programs;

Builds and nurtures strategic relationships with other programs and community agencies such as schools, courts, social services, and the health department and oversees youth and family staff and programmatic interactions with such entities;

Provides administrative, clinical, and leadership supervision, as assigned, and completes associated written performance management and evaluation tasks in accordance with Agency standards and policies;

Monitors and manages productivity and performance standards in collaboration with team leads, supervisors, and other directors;

Maintains up to date knowledge of Agency policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures and ensures staff and program compliance; participates in the development and refinement of policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures, as requested;

Monitors clinical and supervision documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance;

Performs ongoing data analysis to assess and address program performance, trends, training needs, and compliance;

Assists in the development, setting & monitoring of program budgets;

Maintains competency and proficiency with the Electronic Health Record;

Manages program grants which may include data management and report writing;

Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Youth and Family Outpatient Services.

What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field

Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Experience working successfully with-in a multi-disciplinary team

Experience working with and supervising the care of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Co-Occurring populations for adults and children

Computer proficiency

Valid Colorado driver’s license, and access to transportation during work hours

What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves

Colorado LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)

Spanish language skills
