We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives and supplier strategy across key spend categories within the bank. This role will support enterprise goals related to cost efficiency and risk reduction, while ensuring supplier performance aligns with business needs and corporate values. You will partner with cross-functional teams—Compliance, IT, Finance, and Business Units—to execute sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and optimize the value derived from third-party partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFX, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting) for complex, high-impact categories such as technology, financial services, professional services, and operations. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Analyze market trends and spend data to develop category strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and risk standards. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define sourcing requirements. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on procurement strategy and supplier-related decisions. Contract Management & Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and execute supplier agreements in partnership with others. Contract Management & Negotiation: Ensure contracts include appropriate protections for the bank related to compliance, data security, performance, and SLAs. Third-Party Risk & Compliance: Partner with compliance teams to ensure supplier relationships meet regulatory and internal risk standards. Third-Party Risk & Compliance: Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of critical vendors. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations. Continuous Improvement: Track and report on key sourcing metrics (savings, cycle times, risk rating, etc.). Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 5–8 years of sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience, preferably in a regulated industry or financial services environment. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to third-party risk. Preferred: Knowledge of banking operations, IT procurement, or fintech supplier landscape. Key Competencies:
