Position Summary The
Supply Chain Operations Supervisor
oversees daily warehouse and supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role supervises assigned staff, maintains inventory quality standards, and supports clinical teams by ensuring timely and accurate supply availability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and case schedules to determine refill requirements.
Act as a primary support resource for procedural and specialty clinical teams.
Oversee annual/bi-annual physical inventories and monthly cycle counts.
Coordinate and track loaned/borrowed products between facilities.Ensure compliance with tissue tracking, product returns, and recall processes.
Support nursing and operational leaders in navigating supply acquisition.
Supervise staff performance and daily operational workflow.
Qualifications
Education/Training:
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s degree substitutes for 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree substitutes for 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
8+ years in warehouse or inventory management.
2+ years in leadership preferred.
Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jack, dock equipment) preferred.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
