Overview
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Glen Ellyn, IL. Shift: 8 hr days. Start Date: 01/05/2026. Duration: 17 weeks. Pay: $1,972 per week.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans.
Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies for integrating speech therapy goals into the classroom.
Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School.
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
State SLP License in Illinois.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Professional Education Licensure (PEL) with School Support Personnel endorsements.
New graduate accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics.
Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
