We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team and take on the exciting role of upselling and retaining a portfolio of SMB accounts (companies with under 100 employees). What You Will Do
Manage a book of approximately 150-175 existing customer accounts, focusing on retention and growth within your portfolio.
Leverage existing relationships while identifying new opportunities within your accounts to upsell and expand our partnership.
Effectively demonstrate the value of our products through engaging online demos that highlight how they can solve client pain points and generate ROI.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to closing, while guiding clients through the decision-making process.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines within Salesforce to ensure visibility and planning.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to proactively connect with prospects and existing clients, closing deals primarily over the phone.
Identify key contacts within accounts by understanding client organizational structures, vertical markets, and how our solutions provide quick ROI to peers.
Come to client meetings prepared — well-researched, knowledgeable about the product, professional, and personable.
What You Bring
3+ year of successful Account Management or inside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Ability to articulate the value of products and solutions, tailoring messaging across all organizational levels.
Experience in transactional and solution-based selling, demonstrating confidence throughout the entire sales cycle.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organization.
High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Quick qualification skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Self‑motivation and independence to excel in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Working knowledge of CRM systems or Salesforce.com; experience with ZoomInfo products or similar is a plus.

Compensation The US base salary range for this position is $52,052 - $81,796 + variable compensation + benefits.
