We have multiple openings for Senior Professional Electrical Engineers. Responsibilities

As a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer, with general direction, create basic to highly complex designs of electric master system plans, power systems, protection and generation models, facility power systems, sustainability/renewable energy systems, and other related electrical systems. Perform studies of power systems and electrical calculations for electrical systems, lighting simulations, lighting layouts, communications, fire alarm, security, and other similar calculations. Develop white papers and technical documentation to support the firm\'s Technical Knowledge Management (TKM). Perform site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications; update design requirements as necessary. Contribute to TKM by developing white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs; submit technical papers and designs for publishing to technical journals. Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client RFPs; review drafts for adherence to regulations and best practices; meet with current and potential clients to review design needs. Attend conferences and symposia to improve visibility of the firm\'s products and services in collaboration with applicable sales staff. Perform other duties as required. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff; mentor and develop junior engineers for future growth; may supervise project work. Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related discipline. Professional Engineering (PE) license. 7 years of related experience. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties and project demands. Preferred: Experience designing power systems for water, wastewater, industrial, federal, and transit facilities; experience designing medium and low-voltage power distribution systems; familiarity with NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC, and related codes; experience with SKM Power Tools for Windows and ETAP.
