Program Analyst

What you’ll be doing:
Provide expert advice on strategic Levels of Effort (LOEs), plans, procedures, actions, processes, and milestones for the 15th Air Force Lessons Learned Program.
Track and manage lessons learned in the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) and other repositories of the 15th AF and assigned wing/DRU after-action reports.
Coordinate with HQ 15th AF staff, assigned wings, and DRUs to resolve issues and identify best practices.
Facilitate and manage Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, both formal and informal.
Maintain the 15th AF lessons learned dashboard and assess opportunities to improve information for better stakeholder awareness and decision-making.
Assist in updating lessons learned guides, plans, Standards of Procedures (SOPs), and milestones.
Conduct presentations on lessons learned status; develop reports and presentations, and address RFIs related to lessons learned.
Conduct lessons learned training to familiarize staff with key processes and terms.
Coordinate with other units to identify best practices for improving the 15th AF Lessons Learned Program.
Attend annual lessons learned conferences and working groups.
Track and manage 15th AF strategic LOE status and meetings.
Conduct planning, training, and implementation of tools on the Envision platform.
What you’ll need:
Security Clearance Required: Secret.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Background in Air Force or Joint lessons learned development/tracking.
Experience with the Envision data integration and analysis platform.
Experience in command and control platforms, at minimum C2IMERA and C2IE.
