Responsibilities
Report into the Site Manager.
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Qualifications
1–3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum; customer‑facing experience preferred.
Strong customer focus; ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
Self‑directed with the ability to understand and resolve problems and to manage escalations through the appropriate channels.
Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand the customer's business.
Shares technical expertise and knowledge and provides coaching to less experienced team members.
Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety, and health obligations are met.
Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear speaking and auditory comprehension.
Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work (e.g., technical drawings).
