Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Hold an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Speak English and Spanish fluently (written and spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to customer delight.
Possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools professionally.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay range: $28.80/hr – $36.50/hr. Pay varies by region:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s plans and programs.
