Experienced Tax Professional
will serve clients with diverse tax needs and deliver accurate, complete tax returns. You’ll work within an expert team that provides advanced tax training and support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field CPA or Enrolled Agent certification Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership) 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax Experience conducting virtual tax interviews Experience with tax planning and audit support Sales and/or marketing experience Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews using video, phone, chat, and email Prepare complete and accurate tax returns Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services Provide clients with IRS support Mentor and support teammates Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing Benefits
