Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client based in Saint Louis, MO that is looking for a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst who will play a key part in managing the company's credit and collections operations. Primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing credit and collections reports, overseeing compliance with company credit policies, and evaluating customer credit limits. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to strategic decision‑making while also remaining hands‑on in daily credit and collections activities. Responsibilities:
Complete weekly and monthly reporting and KPI reporting
Manage the company's credit and collections policy.
Evaluate the financial status of potential or existing customers using internal and external data
Monitor outstanding receivables and DSO utilizing multiple ERP's and supporting systems
Continually evaluate customer exposure against credit limits, utilizing historical payment data, external data, and other financial information
Maintain timely approval of customer orders, utilizing established guidelines and thresholds
Build and maintain relationships cross functionally across the company
Drive for our DSO, working capital, cash flow, bad debt, and aging targets as well as ensure accountability for compliance and controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in AR, Credit and Collections
Ability to analyze financial information and approve credit limits and customer terms, preferred
Results oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Demonstrated ability and passion for mentoring, training, and coaching others
Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and thorough
Strong proficiency with Excel and large ERP systems
Strong communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
