Other duties may be assigned.* Reviews and summarizes construction reports including but not limited to appraisals, geotechnical reports, architectural, structural, civil plans, city approval conditions and any other relevant construction documents from third-party vendors.* Manages construction data and relevant information in Genesis Capital’s System of Record.* Ensure Glass metrics and loan structure are correct for Sponsor and Scope.
