We are seeking a professional and motivated Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our Nashville, Tennessee branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization and contribute to the steadfast growth and great success we are looking to continue seeing.
Who We Are: Automation Personnel Services, Inc. specializes in providing light industrial employees to a variety of customers. Light industrial workers fill various customer needs in warehousing, plastics manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, assembly and production lines for various products, distribution centers, and other labor‑intensive manpower needs. APS has district offices that operate throughout much of the United States including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. What a Staffing Recruiter Will Do:
Recruiting
Applicant screening
Interviewing
Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
Counseling employees
Listening to and applying constructive criticism
You’ll Be Successful Because You Have:
Great Customer Service
Awesome communication skills
Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast paced and high‑pressure environment.
Ability to think "outside of the box".
Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
Previous staffing experience a plus
Prefer candidate with Inside Sales and/or Recruiting experience.

Hourly pay of
$20.00
/HR based on experience.
Monthly bonus program
Two weeks of Vacation available upon weekly accrual
48 hours per calendar year of Paid Personal Time

Long Term Disability that is 100% paid by the company
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance that is paid 100% by the company
Things a Staffing Recruiter Should Know:
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed)
Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed
