Conrad New York 102 North End Ave New York 10282 The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the F&B Team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining. In this role, you will oversee 3 managers, will repost to the Director of Food & Beverage and handle operations in IRD, Leonessa and Atrio. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a unionized team, multi‑unit experience, business acumen, and a collaborative, energetic demeanor. As the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Pay Rate:

The annual salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
