About the Role The

Director of Clinical Operations

is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving excellence across Pinnacle Washington's network of clinics. This role plays a vital part in overseeing clinical operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring teams deliver consistent, high‑quality, and patient‑centered care. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven nursing professional who can balance clinical insight with a systems‑level perspective to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and elevate service quality across the organization.

Director of Clinical Operations

to join our dedicated team at

Pinnacle - Washington , based in

Seattle, WA . This salaried leadership role requires flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic clinical environment and includes

regular travel to other clinic locations for operational oversight and team development .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in daily clinic operations.

Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the understanding, integration, and use of EMR systems, fertility treatments, and patient care protocols.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols.

Ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety measures, and best practices in fertility care.

Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams to promote seamless collaboration and communication across departments.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.

Partner with senior leadership to plan and manage operational budgets, aligning resources with strategic priorities.

Oversee supply chain and inventory management to ensure efficient procurement and stock control.

Implement quality assurance measures that uphold the highest standards of care and service.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Develop and lead training initiatives to improve team performance and adherence to protocols.

Support physician education, onboarding, and alignment with operational and clinical standards.

Attend key meetings, trainings, and provide on‑site support as needed across clinic locations.

Position Requirements

Education & Licensure:

Completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing required)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Experience:

5-10 years of nursing experience, preferably within fertility, women’s health, or a related clinical specialty

3-5 years of clinical operations or leadership experience, ideally in a multi‑site healthcare environment

Demonstrated experience in risk management, performance analytics, and process improvement

Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams and emerging leaders

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and patient‑centered practices

Skills:

Exceptional leadership and relationship‑building abilities; trusted advisor and mentor to clinical teams

Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting operational and clinical data

Skilled in workflow optimization, strategic planning, and quality improvement

Confident change agent who builds alignment and instills trust through clear communication

Adaptable, proactive, and energized by collaboration and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 annually (Final offer determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications). Benefits:
