(This is a 20% technical, 40% people management & 40% coordination/ project management role )
Lead and manage a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists in maintenance and repair of marine craft machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with Fleet Operations on daily deployment, repair, maintenance, and operational readiness.
Oversee maintenance schedules, docking projects, inventory management, and documentation of assets and spares.
Drive fleet innovation, newbuild projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Mentor and develop the engineering team, ensuring performance, discipline, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with managers to create a positive work environment and ensure operational excellence.
