Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with data center construction program management.
Experience with construction safety management.
Preferred qualifications
Certified Safety Professional or other applicable EHS certification.
10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
5 years of experience in EHS management, focusing on proactive safety management solutions to prevent negative safety trends.
Experience in operational data centers, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with a track record of leading construction EHS efforts for multi-site projects and reporting on safety metrics.
Understanding of the project management process and basic construction agreement structures, coupled with excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support stakeholders relationship management in this region.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for the area construction and oversight and data collection.
Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and agreement requirements, providing timely solutions to issues.
Monitor, advise, and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment, and ensure compliance.
Drive a culture that embraces continuous learning and aligns with organizational strategies, goals and objectives.
Liaise with the Construction EHS team to ensure best practices are fully implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured and analyzed, and risks mitigated to an acceptable level, ensuring that the operational capacity of a live Data Center is not compromised.
About Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary within the range is determined by role, level, location, and individual experience, education, and performance. The compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
