The Sales Director, Enterprise leads HID's go-to-market and revenue execution strategy for the Enterprise vertical across the North American region. This role drives exponential pipeline growth, engages deeply with executive-level decision makers within the Fortune 500, and leads the enterprise sales motion for HID's identity and authentication solutions. The position is ideal for a proven sales leader with deep experience navigating complex organizations and regulatory environments, thriving in data‑driven, high‑performance environments.

As our Sales Director, Enterprise, you'll support HID's success by:
Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving authentication solution adoption across Enterprise organizations in North America.
Building and expanding trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and Chief Risk Officers.
Leading account‑based marketing (ABM) efforts with HID marketing and product teams to achieve 3‑4× YoY pipeline growth.
Owning regional bookings targets and managing a repeatable, scalable sales process that drives predictable outcomes.
Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and integrated prospecting tools for data‑driven sales decisions.
Establishing HID's leadership in authentication and identity for Enterprise accounts through thought leadership and competitive differentiation.
Co‑selling with technology and integration partners such as Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, Optiv, and GuidePoint Security.
Serving as a senior HID sales executive in customer presentations, RFP processes, and strategic sales engagements.
Your experience and background include:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, or related technologies.
Proven success in selling to Fortune 500 institutions across North America.
Familiarity with major verticals, regulatory landscape, and executive decision‑making structure (CIO, CISO, CRO).
Demonstrated ability to drive outbound sales programs and scale pipeline effectively.
Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and collaborating across sales, product, and marketing.
Executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with co‑selling alongside partners such as Microsoft, Okta, Ping, GuidePoint, and Optiv is strongly preferred.
BS/BA in a related field. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant industry experience, may also be considered.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors including skill set, experience, licenses, certifications and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
Base salary in the United States is $135,000 to $150,000. OTE is up to $300,000.
