Job Details We are seeking a California‑licensed attorney (dual CA/NV license preferred) to handle California workers’ compensation cases from Nevada. This remote role offers flexibility and a chance to work in a supportive, tech‑forward environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage a full caseload of CA workers’ comp cases
Conduct WCAB proceedings remotely or in person
Collaborate with a dedicated support team
Leverage hybrid/shared office space in Las Vegas
What We’re Looking For
Active CA Bar license (NV license a plus)
Experience in workers’ compensation or defense‑side WC
Strong research, negotiation, and litigation skills
Spanish language skills a plus
