Senior Business Intelligence Manager
The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence drives executive level insights for account and data management through the creation, preparation, presentation, and dissemination of advanced analytics.
General Responsibilities
Work on cross-functional project teams to gather core intelligence, sometimes in disparate systems, to generate key trends and insights
Develop and augment BI platforms and applications and / or coordinate and oversee the development of these items
Successfully implement an overall account plan designed to enhance the value of the client's portfolio from a BI visibility and technology perspective
Be comfortable interfacing with senior management and executives through a white glove delivery
Provide expertise with regards to service line best practices and industry standard analytics and data practices
Anticipate client needs, think strategically, and remain solutions focused to be both proactive and reactive as the situation and circumstances dictate
Recruit, manage and train any additional / necessary BI staff to meet or exceed our client's objectives
Other duties as assigned
Business Intelligence Accountabilities
Develop, tailor and adapt reporting and tracking dashboards, forms and technology tools to support both Capital Projects and Facilities Management Teams
Work cross-functionally to assist Director of Operations in data tracking, management and production
Manage Account's KPI and reporting program's
Lead communications between internal and external vendors collection
Business Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience in technology roles
5+ years of experience in technology project management
Significant on-the-job experience
Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
Must be detail oriented and able to focus with frequent interruptions
Maintains confidence and protects operations of business by keeping information confidential
Technology Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Dashboard development and deployment, TRIANA Specialist
Expertise in Power BI and Alteryx
Expertise in all Microsoft applications and software
Experience with data visualization, automation, warehousing, and extraction techniques
Comfort with large complex internal/external data sets

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00.
