The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is seeking board‑eligible / board‑certified (BE / BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Primary Care team. Current openings include our Phoenix 32nd Street Clinic, Phoenix Southwest Clinic, Scottsdale Clinic, and Surprise Clinic.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Flexible shifts: 5 / 8-hour shifts or 4 / 10-hour shifts, depending on the clinic

No nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties!

Patient Care

Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients per day

Focus on individual patient care with a smaller patient panel size

This position is eligible for the EDRP, a student loan repayment program. Specific eligibility requirements must be met and the application submitted within four months of your start date. Program approval, award amount (up to $200,000), and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office.
