About This Role Your day as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) involves collaborating with a team of midwives, advanced practice providers, obstetricians‑gynecologists, and labor & delivery staff to deliver outstanding patient care. You will provide ante‑partum, intrapartum, and postpartum services, perform routine gynecological examinations, and offer primary care to pregnant patients.

What You’ll Bring
Current ACNM certification
RN and CNM licenses with prescriptive authority in Montana and Wyoming
BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
Mountaine license in good standing or ability to obtain one
Successful completion of Intermountain Health credentialing
Passion for women's health and experience in labor & delivery (preferred)
3–5 years of midwifery experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements • Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, and assess patient needs • Frequent verbal communication with patients, families, and providers • Manual dexterity for manipulating delicate equipment; frequent computer use and typing • Ability to lift and transfer patients, lifting up to heavy items; bending to retrieve supplies • Walk and assist with ambulating patients; push/pull equipment and navigate busy rooms • Stand in a stationary position for extended periods.
Location Billings Downtown Clinic, Intermountain Health St. Vincent Regional Hospital, Billings, MT.
Compensation Hourly range: $51.61 – $79.62; 40 hours per week (full‑time).
