What you'll do as a Store Manager You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You'll make your store a success.

Desired skills & experience
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
Physical requirements
Work in counter areas that are often hot with steam and food vapors.
Workspace is restricted; employees expected to remain standing for long periods.
Prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
Work in kitchens that are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.
Work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to dynamic priorities, manage conflicts/difficult situations.
Pay range $26.98 per hour – $29.98 per hour.
