We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Snowmass, CO. Our last Sales Manager was promoted — now it’s your turn to step into a role with growth potential.
What You’ll Do As Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue, build relationships, and expand our distribution network. You’ll work with wholesalers, travel agents, OTAs, and group clients to ensure East West Hospitality properties remain top-of-mind and top-of-market. This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure across sales, marketing, operations, and distribution strategy.
Manage and grow relationships with wholesalers, travel agents, and brokers.
Handle group reservations from RFPs through contracts and billing.
Oversee OTA and distribution channels (Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) including promotions and policy updates.
Represent East West at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
Support reservations, accounting, and guest services to ensure accuracy, revenue optimization, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and site tours.

Schedule Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required
Pay Rate $70,000- $80,000

Minimum Requirements What We’re Looking For
3+ years in hospitality sales, distribution, or account management (luxury resort or vacation rental experience preferred).
Strong communicator and relationship-builder with a proven ability to negotiate and close.
Comfortable with hospitality tech platforms (Track PMS, , Inntopia, CRM, or similar).
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable — able to balance sales strategy with operational support.
A self‑starter with ambition — this role is a proven path to leadership at East West.
