This growth has created an exciting opportunity for a data-driven customer experience leader to massively scale our TurboTax professional services by using impactful insights to drive customer experience decisions and massively scale. As the Staff Customer Experience Professional for Assisted Services in the Consumer Group, you will be an individual contributor with a strong cross-functional leadership position to formulate and drive scaling initiatives for products such as TurboTax Live, TurboTax Live Full Service, and TurboTax Live for Business – Intuit’s fastest-growing product lines.

Responsibilities

Drive Business Initiatives: Own critical initiatives with high visibility to Consumer Group leadership to improve conversion, quality, and efficiency of Live Service products. Collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and operating teams to use data and evidence to formulate and execute key initiatives. Guide decisions with data-driven judgment, inspire cross-functional partners to action, and drive an execution plan to achieve key objectives.

Advocate for the customer experience: Stay close to the pulse of the customer experience and use insights to drive decisions that delight customers. Maintain curiosity and seek listening posts (surveys, reviews, dashboards) and partner with User Research and Market Research. Develop new listening posts where gaps exist.

Develop high-performing mission teams: Build strong relationships with analytics, operations, product development, and marketing. Identify dependencies and resource gaps, and work to close them proactively.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as a product manager or customer experience leader

Startup or tech experience is a bonus

Seeks opportunities for change that enhance the business and customer experience

Experience as a business partner for senior leaders; comfortable distilling complex data into a simple storyline

Mentors cross-functional team members and develops talent

Insatiable curiosity with the intelligence and drive to seek out key information

Outstanding communication skills: tell stories with data, educate effectively, and motivate stakeholders

Excellent problem solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking

Ability to manage multiple projects to meet objectives and deadlines

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits as per applicable plans. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Southern California, CA: $159,000.00 - 215,000.00
